* 3 ripe avocados, pitted, peeled and mashed
* 1 can (10 oz. ea.) RO*TELŽ Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chiles, drained
* 3/4 c. chopped onion
* 1 tsp. lemon or lime juice
* 1/2 tsp. salt
* ground black pepper
* tortilla chips, optional
1. Mix avocados, drained RO*TELŽ tomatoes, onion, lemon juice and salt in medium bowl until well blended. Season with pepper to taste.
2. Serve with tortilla chips, if desired
